Her journey began in the world of Real Estate Property Management. It was here, on the front lines of property operations, that she mastered the art of "the turnovers." By refining the process of rehabilitating and preparing units for new residents, Michele developed a keen eye for efficiency & quality.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she transitioned from management to Real Estate Investment, successfully executing "flips" that demanded a deep understanding of market trends and craftsmanship. This hands-on experience in residential revitalization naturally evolved into Ground-Up Residential Construction and complex Commercial Projects.

Today, with more than 20 years of experience, Michele leads Instant New Homes Inc.'s operations with a unique perspective. She possesses the rare ability to oversee large-scale developments from a bird's-eye view while maintaining the meticulous attention to detail required for luxury custom builds. Under her leadership, the operations continues to shape the New England market, delivering projects that reflect her commitment to durability, innovation, and her family's original standards of exceptional work.
